My foot hurts a tiny bit but no more so than this morning. I also did some weights. There was one point during my second 15 on the treadmill that I felt so good. I wish I could package that feeling. <br /><br />Felt good to go and get a hard workout in. I hope I didn't do more damage but at this point I really don't know what else to do. It's not like I can stop walking. I DO wish I had a pool nearby. That would be so wonderful. I even have my little aqua jogger I could use. But, hey, you ...So sorry to hear about your injury. But, hey, you joined a gym! That means you have weights, stationary bikes, yoga classes (?), maybe even a pool. Or a rowing machine! There must be something you can do without pain. Plus there's some freaking A/C in there. It's a great excuse to mix it up and get out of your comfort zone.<br /><br />Glad you're blogging again.
