There's so...I love that about my scale as well. There's something very satisfying about seeing even such a small loss. In a lot of ways that's kept me motivated ... even though I know everyone says you should weigh yourself just once a week. I think that's only true if you won't be able to handle a small increase on any given day. When I see an increase, I take extra steps to pay attention to what I'm eating. But I have eaten three meals a day and snacks every day but one since I started seven weeks ago. So I think I'm losing weight the healthy way.
