My new scale is becoming my new best friend as it shows a lower weight every day. At first, I thought it was just a bad scale, but on one day, I weighed myself back to back and it showed the same number. So it appears to not be on the fritz.
How I love seeing a lower number, even if it's 0.2 of a pound smaller!

I love that about my scale as well. There's something very satisfying about seeing even such a small loss. In a lot of ways that's kept me motivated ... even though I know everyone says you should weigh yourself just once a week. I think that's only true if you won't be able to handle a small increase on any given day. When I see an increase, I take extra steps to pay attention to what I'm eating. But I have eaten three meals a day and snacks every day but one since I started seven weeks ago. So I think I'm losing weight the healthy way. And checking my weight helps keep me on track!
