Knee has been aching all night long.

I don't know what to do anymore.


  1. Ice! And keep walking! Achy is not great, but I bet you can train through it if you go easy. It just needs to get strong again.

  2. Also, I've been reading a lot lately about how carbohydrates and dairy are the enemy and everyone should go Paleo. Those foods are supposed to cause inflammation, which could be a cause of achy joints. (Personally, I don't think I could ever go 100% Paleo, but I'm going to try cutting back on breads and sugars at least.)

  3. Oh no. I'm thinking good thoughts for you and PT #3.
