I had hoped to write about my first week in detail, but I'm under a terrible deadline that won't let up until Thanksgiving. So... here's the bare minimum:

Week 1: 250.4
Weight lost: 3.6 pounds
The "finish line" I desire is at a full marathon -- specifically, the Marine Corps Marathon. It's a goal I've been working toward, and failing to reach, since 2009. This blog details the ups and downs of this crazy journey of mine.
