I did not eat the brownie.

I burned 1,200 calories running.
MyFitnessPal.com says that if I every day was like today, I could lose nearly 20 pounds in 5 weeks. Ha! Ha! (Yeah, I'm not running 10 miles every day.)
The "finish line" I desire is at a full marathon -- specifically, the Marine Corps Marathon. It's a goal I've been working toward, and failing to reach, since 2009. This blog details the ups and downs of this crazy journey of mine.
